Neil Wolfe Barnett is an internationally experienced project manager and general contractor located in Atlanta, Georgia. He began his career as a lead site engineer with Gilles Mason ,Civil and Building Contractors in Newcastle, South Africa, before relocating to Knoxville, Tennessee, to become lead investor at Barron, Inc., a Developer specializing in Single Family and Town House projects Neil Wolfe Barnett continued his career as a project manager with Intersouth Properties, Jolly Development, and Fuel Source, all in Atlanta . Neil was also was lead Manager and partner in a diverse range of other projects during this period, from the development of gas stations to the development of multi-subdivision developments.

His recent appointments have included senior project management and marketing director responsibilities at ASI, and a role as senior project manager of steel and commercial structures at a major steel fabricator where he was responsible for all construction strategies and budgeting oversight. His work at ASI, meanwhile, included design and construction of the US embassy building in Iraq. Mr. Barnett studied building science and construction management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
